DOWNTIME (Security Updade)

On the 5.10.10 and 6.10.10 the servers will be going through a security update, which will cause a downtime of about 20 minutes (unless unexpected issues will occur, in which case it might take a few hours).

The servers S1 and R1IL will be down on the 6.10.10 between 01:30-5:00AM.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience it might cause.

Turk Telekom Has Been Blocked

S1 Shared Hosting Mysqli add-on

Dear customer,

During cPanel’s apache update today as part of the maintenance. It seems that apache recompile excluded the “mysqli” extension.

Therefore cPanel will be adding this “mysqli” extension within the next 6 hours. Customers that are suffering from missing “mysqli” extension in there web sites should see this issue resolved within the next 6 hours. Any other customers that are not using “Mysqli” extension should not feel any impact in service level at this time.

Maintenance – Accomplished

We are deeply sorry for the minor downtime tonight of the servers (R1IL and S1). At this moment we can say that it was extremely needful for the Apache stability. As results of this maintenance all customers will experience much more stable and faster web sites loading and server activity now. We hope that this advanced maintenance actions will apply long time stability for all our reseller hosting customers.

Both of the servers are now up and running in a stable fashion, local and external tests confirmed that it is running noticeably faster and more stable then before.

Shared Hosting IP Migration

Dear Shared Hosting (s1.hostdime.co.il / 212.235.32.93) Clients:

On the date 18 / Jan / 10 we will run some changes on the server.

1. we will change our main IP address, so if you are using your own nameserver, change your domain’s IP to 109.73.160.5 from the old IP which is 212.235.32.93.
2. If your domain is pointed to our nameserver by IP and not by domain, please fix it ASAP and point to ns2038.dizinc.com and ns2039.dizinc.com.

We hope for no down time but for any case we will start the work at evening to minimize the effect, please do the same with the changes on your side.
