Shared Hosting Outage (s1)

Hello,

Due to attack on one of the hosted customers under the shared hosting server (s1) some shared hosting clients has suffered from short (approx 10 minutes) down time / slow access.

The Level3 engineering and security team of HostDime Israel has performed full audit of the server and rebooted into regular status.

Everything is stable and operational.

Amsterdam DDOS – Solved

The DDOS on the Amsterdam network has been fully blocked by now and everything back to stable and operational again.

Due to massive DDOS attack on major allocation of the network in Amsterdam there is an issue to reach the servers at the moment. Engineering team in Amsterdam are working with the network department to stop the attack, but at this moment we cannot give any estimated time when it’s actively being blocked. However its important to clarify that utmost is done to stop the massive attack and all it’s sources ASAP.‬

Update: Haifa routing has been corrected

Everything has been solved. Routing issues has been solved.

Shared / Reseller / VPS and Colo network routings now working correctly

Reason: Unexpected Power outage at Netvision Haifa data center, Caused the core routing switch into reboot and therefore its taken some time to resync everything to correct the routing back to normal.

Status: OK

Unexpected outage has occure due to routing issues at the core network of the Haifa data center.

At the moment engineering teams are working to define the problem and apply the best solution to resolve it asap.

due to this issue some of the core shared hosting / reseller hosting / vps hosting and colocation customers may not be reachable at random network locations.

we will update next once engineers has came to solution or deliver any important updates!

Apache maintenance

Dear Costumers,

On 15th of the month(Monday), around 08:30 IST we will be running an update on our reseller (r1il.hostdime.co.il / 109.73.160.8), this will cause a short downtime and after wards any support for PHP version lower then 5.2.12 will cease.

This is done to make the server more robust, if you have any PHP code which need older version, please update it ASAP.
